I’m a Colorado native who grew up with a love for sports and the outdoors.  I met my husband competing in sporting clays.  I’m passionate about staying active.  So, what led me to become a health coach?  I can’t get enough information about health and nutrition, and I love solving complicated problems.  My philosophy is that no two people are completely the same in their needs for health.  Health is not just the foods you eat, but how healthy our relationships are, physical activity, a nourishing spiritual life, time spent outdoors, level of overall happiness, and much more.  A constant state of self-awareness is critical.  I’m a firm believer in mindfulness.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
