My name is Aneesh and I have been working in the Health and Wellness Field for 7 years now. I specialize in working with clients (both corporate and personal)on how to optimize their brains through living a healthy lifestyle. I am in recovery from addiction and mental illness, so I have personally applied these principles in my own life to create significant change. I am a Brain Health Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, Entrepreneur, and Visionary. At 26 years of age, my ultimate goal in life is to change the way large corporations manage the health of their employees through education, empowerment, and teamwork.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Neuropsychology and currently hold 10 different certificates in areas including Yoga, Exercise, Nutrition, Brain Health, Corporate Wellness, and more. I completed a year of an MBA program while working in Corporate America, and my life was riddled with stress. After experiencing this grueling lifestyle I made the decision to remove myself from this setting and start my own business dedicated to helping solve this problem. I currently own a Brain Health Clinic in Irvine, CA as well as an Integrative Health Coaching Service. I am also pursuing my Masters of Science in Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine from the Maharishi University of Management.
